Payment Methods:

We accept payments from credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and now also Sezzle. 

*Sezzle Payments*

This payment method allows you to purchase your order up front but pay the balance to Sezzle in four equal installments - once at time of order and then three more payments two weeks apart. The service is interest free and there are no fees for the shopper unless you have late payments. Please see their FAQ for more information.

This service is NOT always fast enough for use during high traffic stockings such as hand dyed stockings or sales, and runs the risk of causing oversells. Thus, we do NOT advise using this payment service during high traffic shopping times. Even if you receive payment and order confirmation, your carted and bought items may be oversold. You will be contacted by sassyflats@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase if this occurs for a full refund. We apologize if this occurs and will do our best to correct any errors in a timely manner. 

Cancellations:  

Cancellations of orders are only allowed within 12 hours of order being placed unless your order has already shipped. Please email sassyflats@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation requesting your order to be cancelled. 

Shipping:

Shipping is free within the USA for orders $25 and over. Domestic orders will not receive shipping refunds if and when combining orders to ship together in one package.

Shipping is discounted to Canada. Shipping is also available to the United Kingdom, Chile, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore - orders shipping to those countries will be refunded up to 8% back to offset shipping charges that are currently included in the price. International orders may receive some shipping refunds when combining orders.

Sassy Flats is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. Contact the postal service directly regarding package delays, lost or damaged packages.

The shipping address on an order cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not charged or paid by Sassy Flats. Order value will not be adjusted on customs declarations.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products being used as diapers, returns or exchanges are not allowed. If you are sent the wrong item, please email within one week of receiving your items so we can discuss. Please double check the size and fabric type that you order upon receiving your order confirmation.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

 Product Variations and Expectations: 

Sassy Flats products are handmade and thus sizing, color, and finishing may vary slightly one from another. Fabrics may also vary with each batch and may have slight differences in feel, texture, and weave which is considered normal. Small minor flaws in fabric may be present in a new firsts quality item, however any obvious fabric runs, holes, or stains would be considered seconds quality. Snappi or pin use may cause minor snags or holes - it is recommended to not snappi on the terry side. Also recommend avoiding washing or drying with any velcro/aplix in the same cycle. Hand dyed items are thoroughly fixed, washed and rinsed repeatedly after the dyeing process - however due to variation of water, detergent, and urine, they may still have some dye bleed. Recommend washing with like colors or with a color catcher for first few washes. Caution using with light colored covers/wool at first due to potential for dye transfer.

Workmanship Issues: 

If you have concerns about the quality of your items within 60 days of purchasing new, please email sassyflats@gmail.com to discuss a resolution. This policy does not apply to seconds quality items, items bought second hand, or items not cared for according to the recommended care instructions.
